I will throw this in there. Any programs that gave him access for his review site Pornsumer.com, check your logs and see how much content he downloaded. Ask yourself if he really needed that much for a review. I didn't think so. I'm sick of the hypocrite bullshit. The link trade is his proof! Truth is I talked to squiz a few times on ICQ in regards to some review stuff, and couldn't really figure out a deal to be had.. So we threw up a link trade, I can use all the links I can get. I think it's pretty harmless, there's no CP or beasty at their forum, I know he isn't popular around here but who the fuck am I the morality police? shit.
My stance: I don't think the leaders of the industry should set examples that warez/torrent sites are okay for adult promotion, for a bunch of reasons. Most of all I think it's a big risk to all of us, we don't want to be guilty by association, or get lumped together with them. Also to respect their other affiliates who play by the rules.
Copyright is another issue, and DMCA is our current system, like it or hate it. Youtube did the same thing until they were really forced to stop, and - like it or hate it - that's the same thing that's going to have to happen here. Not sure who it'll be either, which is probably why people are so up in arms.. not easy to see a solution.
