I can do it, it's not so difficult
i asked them because i'm not able to create the domain in my server, so i also asked to transfer it directly, i didn't think can be so difficult for them this operation. Now i've asked them to unlock the domain so i can create it by myself.
But i think it's crazy they are asking money for this operation. I post this here so someone from Webair can read and reply
