No, it doesn't.. The word warez isn't a word, the word is ware. The S means more than one. The Z was added on by all the pirate talkers so they could stay cool.

Courts call it ware(s) for a reason.

Well sometimes I type up an entire book of a post and remember I'd better not say it because I represent a couple of companies. So I'll just stick with my first post in this thread and wait for any argument that says torrent sites giving away full members movies is good for anyone but a freeloader.

Thanks for proving the point for me.. The dictionary links a reference points, not a real definition. And wiki is human edited details based on a legit subject, damn sure not the dictionary.

It's slang, and both links show that it is in fact being used this way by many people. Meanwhile, if you look up "wares" in the dictionary, it means something entirely different. Same thing with "phat" and "fat" - different spelling gives a different meaning.

And yes, wikipedia is human edited. So are dictionaries.
