    NEW YORK ? Baseball Hall of Fame shortstop and longtime New York Yankees broadcaster Phil Rizzuto died Tuesday, the team announced. He was 89.

                                                                  I'll agree somewhat. I started watching them in the late 60's when the stunk.
                                                                  We then had a good ride 10 years later, and then again in the late 90's.
                                                                  We have choked 6 years in a row now. Like my Knicks, and Giants I love them win or lose. I've never climbed a band wagon in my life.

                                                                      Phil Rizzuto and the Money Store. Even if you were too young to watch him play for the Yanks or never heard his commentaries, I'm sure you saw him all over the TV if you lived in NY or the vicinity in the 80's. That guy truly had character! RIP Phil!
