small victory today ...

just heard back from guys at Degban they managed to get Pornbb down for now, untill they start removing my content . the host is being cooperative, they might come back online either by startign to remove or just migrate but for now it is a small victory, last month it was Oron.com and this month pornbb.org

DMCA does not mean it must go down.. a site can receive DMCA 's until the infinite... it doesn mean the host must take it down, unless they ignore the dmcas... but DMCA's protect those pirate guys..

Do they really? So what content do you own they've removed? I bet it's no where on the internet at all.

If a web host looked at the site they would see it's nothing but links to pirated videos. I doubt many web hosting companies want to host that kind of site especially when they start getting tons of emails(DMCA etc).

That site has switched host several times, I'm sure they'll just move it again.

well, obvisouly this had nothing to do with the british dudes reporting it, but more like a server downtime for another reason.

guys, current law favours the pirates, there is nothing you can really do...

of course you have some of these shitty services charging people for sending DMCA's, but honestly there is nothing you can really do..

you really pay this fucker 250 bucks fixed fee per month to send DMCA? what a rip off!

this texan guy has like 100 clients... so.. 250 * 100 = 25,000

damn.. this guy makes 25 grand for sending DMCA's? lol...

and of course these shitty services make money and they really get happy when more pirates upload your stuff

If you want to think deep on it.. you can even imagine that some of these shitty services can upload the content theirselves and then claim to take it down.. I don't want to think like that but.. who prevents me to think like that?

and if you do a google search you can find some DIRTY stuff about these losers. just do a google search. there are like 100's blogs talking about HIM.

you want to trust your content to the fucker who will have the FBI knocking at his door soon? just wondering.

or maybe he will get some heavy beating, who knows.. nobody can be sure about anything in this world. heh. the big texan loser.
