    Do you think he is crazy enough to harm others or just himself.

                                                      If you are aware of his real name and address, I would suggest that the person getting hassled file a harrassment police report, or potentially apply to the courts for an injunction to stop the harrassment.

                                                      LC is pretty much proving that he is a few fries short of a happy meal.
