LOL Yes yes of course, I am over-reacting and CCBill is a perfect company.
Perhaps I came across harsh but when you get no response, and they chane your settings without your permission this way and that, and you get emails from potential customers accusing you of baiting-and-switching, and then yu check and see your settings have mysteriously changed without you touching them, and then you leave the country and can now experience regional pricing at work and see why some customers would complain, and then get a late, lame response from CCBill, well.....
CCBill has sent me explanations on how regional pricing works. Um...ok, but I KNOW how this works. LOL My problem is that it is not working PROPERLY and I want to know why. How many customers am I losing because of this "glitch"?
No, the world is not ending. No, CCBill are not the Devil. But trying to grow a business where things happen which are beyond your control can be extremely frustrating. Plus, being away, with shitty Internet connections and time differances, makes it even more difficult to resolve (wonky ICQ for example...).
CCBill is a fine company but (at times) they appear to be asleep at the wheel with very slow response time. My main problem is that CCBill feels it can touch my account and change settings without my permission. I did not want regional pricing turned OFF I wanted the errors corrected.

Didnt you get multiple processors because CCbill "screwed you over" last year? Why dont you just stick with another processor and not renew when the annual fee comes around.
We have used ccbill for 5 years or so and never had a problem that wasn't resolved quickly.Comment

Ive worked with CCBill as a paysite owner and as an affiliate of 100s of CCbill affiliate programs for years. In all that time, I have never had a single 'support' problem on any level. That's not to say they are perfect, nobody is... but if you ask them in a professional manner to address an issue they always do. Posting while very angry is no better than posting while drunk.
MisterPeabody, I have read and agreed with many of your posts on other topics in the past... this one comes off as being way too angry and much more emotional than professional, especially when someone replied to offer you help. They do not benefit by 'screwing up' on your account any more than you do... they are already on rev share essentially.

This sounds so sweet on a beautiful sunny fall day in Mini Soda.
The leaves on my main tree are all bright yellow. The ladybugs have invaded the home for about 2 weeks.
Soon as the wire arrives there is going to be a huge party thread.

Finally someone explained it to him...lol, How is this CCBill's fault?
You have Global Forms turned on.
Works off GEO IP and displays the price accordingly (euros, pounds, etc etc) depending on what Country the customer is in.
Most everyone runs with this on that I know of. (I do and always have.) Check other sites since you are there and you will see.
Regional Billing is something different. This basically jacks the price up over the USD price and if you use this you should not have the price points hardcoded anywhere on your site like you do.Comment
