Multiple sites, multiple search terms. No secret. Can a newbie do it? Not any more unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your viewpoint), but anyone who has grown their own traffic & network(s) via SEs over the years is still making 6 figures a year. Like they say, traffic is king.
