You should focus on SEO or maybe build a blog network to send traffic to your site.

i'd recommend building a blog network focusing on your niche and purchasing HQ inbound links & writing (if you don't have the time)...really work the SE's for organic cuz 500 won't get you far in PPC if you screw up, which happens to a lot of newbs

Seconded. Maybe you could setup a few "shill" sites too that look like real sites, but in reality only forward to your lesbian paysite; perhaps a few review sites, blogs, "fan sites" and so on. I'm fairly sure you could SEO and produce a fair few of those for less than $500.

Steer clear of any blind traffic with such a limited budget (pops, exits, 404). I recommend true clicked traffic preferably targeted to the lesbian niche. Try and request English speaking traffic with geographics of North America, UK and Western Europe. Also consider gallery traffic which can be cheap and productive if you are prepared to run tests.

Spend it on buying more domains and more hosting. Then build niche specific feeder sites.
