what is the best way to track keyword google moves?

Just wondering if there is an easier way than clicking through 30 or 40 pages on google to find your keywords as they move up or down through the ranks?

I find it interesting to spot my sites on a keyword on say page 70 on google, and then check it a week later and it is on page 30 and then hopefully eventually page 1 or 2

is there an easier way to find your site on page 70 short of clicking through all 70 pages until you find it (or don't find it at all)?

I think they're older than that, the results probably take ages to scrape, err, collect from the various search engines.
