    Hey Guys I like to apologize for bumping old posts. I didn't realize it until it was too late. I am sorry for it I guess I need more coffee and will pay more attention from now on.

                  Give him a break. He's new to the boards and didn't realize he was bumping old threads. It was caught very quickly and stopped.

                  I'M actually the one that told him just make a new thread, say sorry for the mistake and give his pitch in it instead. So you can consider me the retard since I told him to do it

                  He's genuinely sorry he broke the GFY rules though. Not everyone is a master of board rules and we all know not all big affiliates even frequent the boards and the same is true for some affiliate managers. You can be a terrific manager and never bother reading the boards.

                  On a happier note Ruben has been with the company for years and is a very good Spanish affiliate manager. If you have any type of Spanish traffic he's your man. We've been working on adding many new payment systems for international traffic and Ruben has been involved making it happen. So he's definitely on top of how to convert Spanish traffic.
