Bush had nothing to do with the creation of T.S.A., or Homeland Security, in addition to the prolonged wars in Iraq and Afghanistan? Medicare Act of 2003? Massive increases in agricultural subsidies (farm bill 2002)? A 47% increase in defense spending, and 80% increase in education (failing public schools)???
