    Dose Anyone work for EXmasters?

    I have been trying to contact my host for hours now starting at 12pm on a Friday and its now 2pm they do not respond to ANY e-mails, they do not answer or pick up the phone, and my site is left crashed while they take the day off

              Did you use [email protected]? That's their emergency support email. Either way I sent Milo an ICQ message to this thread.

                  Ya I did try that, and all phone numbers and ICQ contacts but they do not respond at all even at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. I need a reboot as my site is down but they will not even respond to my e-mails and do not think they will be around for another 12-14 hours to do so.

                  I have contacted the people they lease the servers from themselves, but difficult as I am a client of ex-master not them directly.

                  If any of you can get into contact with exmaster it would really help me out a I have rin out of ways to contact them. If hes on ICQ could you please see if he will even talk to you?

                      I think they are based in Europe or something,I know they are in a different time zone though

                          ya but normally they do not go home at 12pm, and when you think about does suck my host is not around in peak usage times no matter what your location or time zone

                              ya from what I hear the just go home and no one is around to send even basic requests for 12-14 hours at a time. I don't know but I have to find other options

                                      Does anyone know how to contact them now? Same problem, and its only 10am yet can not get them on ICQ or E-mail

                                              it says I can not use this for problmes with the servers its only for (scheduled reboots) so might cause even more problems.

                                                  says '* DON'T USE soft reboot if server doesn't work. Use only for scheduled reboot." so its basically useless for me to use and have no way to reboot a server on my own

                                                      Don't you have a Hard Reboot option underneath? Try that but be patient, it often takes half an hour or so for the site to come back online afterwards.

                                                          No, No other reboot options that is all I have is the 'soft reboot' they do not offer any way to reboot the server myself or any real way to contact them. I think they where around for like 4-5 hours today but as far as the other 20 hours in today not sure they are or will be at all

                                                              I think I did find this 'server monitor' its kind of a weird place to hide this option but did have a reset option, and did try that and it seems to have worked. Not sure why, or if that did fix it but does seem the site came back up now
