    Best place to hire in house employees at? Craigslist, monster?

    I'm looking to hire some in house employees to work in my office, a designer and a programmer. Was looking to start them both off as part time, with a possibility of fulltime down the road.

    What's the best place to post the job, something like monster.com, or craigslist... flyers at colleges... or all the above?

    Post your experiences so I can skip your mistakes ;)
