I am not a big one on commenting on blog designs ugly blogs sell as well as pretty ones usually and yours is pretty.
Nice job on adding pages but you might want to add some text as well for the SES and the surfer's benefit, to them entice the surfer and give them a reason to click on that banner and to give the SE some food for munching. That is old advice and hardly blog specific.
I noticed you use a toplist I would definitely keep using it but to be honest my main aim is to sell so I would have some ads there before it, but that is just me.
Give the surfer some instructions on bookmarking how to do it, and subscribing to your feed that will help.
Add a few links with relnofollow to sponsor blogs....that way if they are considered bad neighborhood as paysites often are by the SEs ,your blog won't get the taint but your surfers will have that choice available (learned that from a good friend).
Sidebars sell so use yours up! by the time they scroll down past the second post they are not getting hit with any ads or choices besides your gallery. No reason to let it go to waste.

SEs love meta tags (keywords, description...) and yours are empty

I was under the impression that SEs don't pay that much attention to meta tags anymore but I will defer to you baX as you probably know more than me!

Design looks good. I'd suggest something else: use SE friendly Permalinks, just go to Option -> Permalinks and follow the instructions there ;).

A nice blog there. It is looking quite crowded which is a good thing.
Good quality blog posts and filled sidebars.
