    Hookers in Vegas

    Was watching this show the other day about the police in Vegas. A hooker was arrested.
    So now i wonder what if one would film and pay a hooker. Is that any different? They aren't arresting pornstars in Vegas. So how exactly does that work?

              I think the charge isn't for hooking necessarily, it may be for solicitation. So if there were porn stars 'selling it' in public they would be arrested the same.

                      all pornstars are hookers now, but all hookers dont want to be pornstars..

                      most hookers dont want anyone to know what they are doing, so filming would be out of the question...

                      hookers are hookers because they either have drug problems or abusive bf/husbands that force them to do it...

                      however, a couple of ground up roofies of some chloroform and you can do whatever you want to a hooker.. just go through her purse and get a copy of her id and get her to sign a release right before she passes out..

                      then film away..

                      hookers are just empty shells of people and there is no line you should be afraid to cross with them...

                      as long as you are paying them, they are your property to do with as you please...

                      maybe we should start a site together called destroyinghookers.com...

                      we could take the last piece of their souls and let people see it..

                                  as i understand in many states it is illegal to pay someone to have sex.
                                  camera or no camera.
                                  in a few states such as California, there was some ruling which made it legal under certain circumstances.
                                  If they dont arrest you in Nevada, its probably just because they have better things to do.. (such as arresting hookers)

                                                                  I think it's legal in Nevada but only outside the city limits of Las Vegas. Don't know what the rules are exactly though since you really don't need to pay to get laid in Vegas.

                                                                                                              Being a resident of California I might be talking shit but I believe the way the law reads in Vegas is no prostitution allowed anywhere in Clark county in which Vegas is part of. That is left over from the old days when gangsters owned the casinos along with the drugs and hookers, in other words all the fun stuff. The state has worked hard on "legitimizing" Vegas and getting rid of organized crime. You can go to prison in Vegas for smoking a joint. Here in California they don't even bother writing tickets anymore but it is only a small offense anyway.
                                                                                                              Right next to Vegas is a small town called Pahrump. It is outside of Clark county and therefore does not fall under its laws. The town is filled with cathouses. All perfectly legit and legal. I believe one of these was even operated by the government for awhile when they seized it in a tax evasion case.
                                                                                                              In a nutshell hook in Vegas, go to jail. Hook it anywhere else in Nevada and it's legit.
                                                                                                              Could be wrong here but I think not. Maybe somebody on the board is from Vegas and knows the law much better than I do.
