I have a person who has put a keylogger on my computer... Keylogger kernel mode memory patch...

I am pretty sure I know who it is but I need someone who can go into my computer and find the fucker so I can bring my laptop to the popo and press charges... I want to know if there is a way to find out what was sent to this person and who exactly this person is...

This is very serisous as this is going to be an on going investigation with MANY different charges...

So is Smokey around, or someone else like a Smokey that can help me... I don't know why someone would be so stupid as to fuck with any of us knowing the people we have in the family, it is not hard to bust their dumb ass... LOL

That's probably for the best. I run a computer repair shop and I have stumbled on CP a couple of times. The police always want to make sure you haven't tampered with any data. They always take the machine away for forensic data analysis. Despite the fact that I have a long list of computer-related certifications to my name the police always say the machine needs to go to their computer expert so any evidence will be admissible in court.

Well I just did a scan because my computer was acting funny and this is what came up twice...

Reformatting isn't always a guaranteed fix. I've never personally seen this happen but supposedly there are new "viruses" that attack a system's BIOS via the Windows BIOS update utility. The BIOS virus will reinstall itself onto the host OS if it gets removed. The virus downloads a rootkit, the rootkit downloads a trojan and the shit that caused someone to reformat happens all over again.

AFAIK this just affects Award BIOSes but that's some scary shit considering how many manufacturers use Award. I remember thinking when the BIOS update via the operating system option became available that it was a terrible idea.

Yes it is girl... BUT I have nothing to hide on my computer... Seriously I will take every convo and post it... There is nothing on my laptop shady or bad or wrong... I spend my day working and laughing with people and making money... the only thing is they would have all my passes to my social networks, and servers etc... which I changed them all on a different computer so there really is nothing... I talk the same way to everyone so there is nothing for them to gain...

It could be nothing but a regular logger thang, who knows, I just want to make sure and if it is a person I want to know who and I will hand over my computer to the police... there is nothing on it at all to hide or be weird about...

According to one source, there is currently a worm or virus based outbreak which includes a keylogger. I don't know how reliable that source is. That means you may well NOT have been personally targeted and tracking it to the initial source may be well being your means.

Either way, you'll want to initiate and continue to practice proper security practices.
