i know that site also a lot more like odesk.com etc but rates r very low there.

Tip: to get more offers you may want to better specify your areas of expertise.
we are looking for some 'grunt' positions, but nobody is too likely to give you a serious offer, if you sound too much like "i just like porn, can you pay me" :-)

ok here is list:-

1:- php/mysql jobs
2:- html/css
3:- seo (submissions into directories/ads/article sites, keyword targetting seo etc)
4:- article/story writting
5:- photoshop stuff
6:- video / img editing
7:- converting videos from one format to other also short descriptions/comments etc
8:- embed diffirent players
9:- anything custom u want u can let me know i am quick to learn
9:- also data entry work or managing affliates etc
