                  When I was in high school, I saw a kid spank a girl in PE class. The teaher saw it too, and he got suspended for one day even though the girl didn't have a problem with it.

                      I live in Canada and the damn punks get away with murder literally.I think it's about time the justice system starts taking a harder approach ,of course spanking is totally different but it sends a message that kids can't get away with anything

                                              That's a bit much. They say teenagers and then you see that the kids are 13, that's a little play on words IMO. I did shit like that all the time when I was a kid. There are much better ways of scarring a kid into stopping something short of sending him to prison.
