Not at all what I said. I sell my older stuff cheaper as its not as good as what I do now. Obviously I got better gear over the years.
But I also show my face at very many trade shows so anyone who has a problem or a pat on the back can confront me face to face, I dont hide behind a computer.

Ya know Ray. Client service never came in play. Im not sure when he bought this.. as he got it thru blowout special.. but simple email or ICQ to me asking what was in the sale content wise might have helped. Also an email if he could switch some vids out also.

I also agree 100% with Lenny. Sometimes you can spend alot less money and get more of what works better. Also remember on a whole, its much cheaper to shoot overseas than here in LA. Ive been there to Prague a few times and talent costs were much less. Not sure how a producer can afford to sell for $800 tho.Comment
