    This morning

    ...was a two Perch morning. I did some surf fishing for a couple of hours.
    When you're running down my country hoss...you're walking on the fighting side of me!

                      Your fishing stories are getting me thinking. Next week I'm again heading out to an uncle's lake home in NW Ontario, and I think I will pick up a fishing license and head out on the lake with him.

                      I'm a Walleye or norther pike guy really, but if a fat bass or perch (non-wormy) takes the hook that'll be fine too.

                                  I sometimes fish in one of the two local rivers for Bass. All I have ever caught is Small Mouth Bass in the river...I am not sure if there are any Large Mouth in it. I will be pleased when Salmon season opens. I caught several thirty plus pounders last season.
