Never got the boot, just going out on my own and setting up my own program. Been doing this awhile. i understand the risk and all the chatter about BS sales. I am extremely dilligent about who sells my pages and if fraud is involved or they have a high number of chargebacks they are suspended without reason and no longer sell for me
