they go on hormones that boost their estrogens and their testosterone automatically goes down, and many probably get castrated, so when they get older they will still be "estrogen dominant", testosterone is not going to come back, so they will get older and probably just be more like old ladies than old men, probably get fat and puffy, etc.... implants have nothing to do with anything
