As I said Chicken and Egg... I would love to get someone on board from day 1, but I am sure any one who is experienced and knows how to make it a success, is making more money already than we could afford...

tbh running a blog network is pretty easy to get going.
get some hosting. if they have cpanel + fantastico or whatever you dont even need to bother with setting up wordpress. just make a few blogs, see what works ($$) + repeat.
get on sites like linkspun.com, trade links with sites, get up in search engines.
