    Accessing net through VPN

U have a question about accessing net through US VPN. I would like to surf like I am located in US on multiple devices via wi-fi, but still keep my local ip on another wi-fi connection.

I was thinking of buying another wi-fi router, pluging it into my current router and setting up vpn in the new router. This way I would have 2 wi-fi, one like I am in US and the other my local. Would that work? Can routers even be set up in that way? Anyone knows of a good extra router that would enable such a set up that I can buy?

    Thanks

Oh, I forgot. I can plug in additional router direct into my cable modem, would be better.

    And it's not "U have a question", it's "I have a question"

Yes, buy a router that supports vpn tunnels, many do.
