I've seen a UFO twice.
A huge round white light flew over our house at a high rate of speed. It was at about cloud level. Take a US quarter and hold it at arms length. That's how big it was. I've considered that it may have been a light on a plane flying above the clouds and just reflecting down on them, but it was going much too fast to be an airplane. A spotlight from the ground reflecting on the clouds is also out of the question since it was very bright.
The second sighting is just crazy. We stopped off at a truck stop at about 3 AM and the girl at the counter told us that someone had been in that claimed to have just been abducted by aliens. We laughed it off and left. We drove about 15 minutes on a road that was pretty much nothing but cornfields, and then we saw it. It had three lights that formed a triangle. The lights were not ordinary lights either. They were pure white and formed perfect circles. Nothing on it was flashing, thus violating FAA rules. We stopped at one of our turns and watched it. It was stationary, at about helicopter altitude and made no noise at all. Then it suddenly started to move towards us, so we took off. It very quickly met up with us and then flew to the side of us at the same speed we were driving. Then it started to move over us, until it was out of view. If these sightings were of secret military aircraft then wouldn't it be in the best interest of the government to claim that these phenomena are aliens instead?

Watch this video of the USAF F-22 Raptor and see how it flies. After watching it you can see how something like that flying at night from a distance could be mistaken for a UFO. Then try to imagine what the government might have in secret development.

and also notice how much noise that fucking plane makes. a lot of crafts people claim to see are silent and flying much at much lower altitude then those planes you just showed. not to mention the ridiculous speeds they take off at.
its ignorant to believe that every sighting is a hoax or a fake. because there are simply far too many sightings for that to be the case.
i mean hell even the Egyptian's had glyphs with pictures of helicopters, tanks, and what we think ufo's look like, disk shaped objects. this is shit they carved into their sacred temples 3,500 years ago.
so who knows until some alien life form walks the streets of our cities there will still be skepticism. but i definitely wouldn't be so quick to say its not possible that they are out there. especially with the vastness of the universe.
