Where can I get an License Agreement?

Anyone know where I can get a generic adult/non-adult license agreement?

    That I can modify?

FUCK YOU ASSHOLE... There are generic agreements out there for $20 no need to pay $500. YOU FUCKING IDIOT!

I am asking an intelligent question for a resource someone has used or for one someone might let me borrow.
