i'm a unique situation where male talent are willing to pay me to feature them in my videos but i'm not sure what the legalities are with this. they want to pay to be guaranteed a spot in the video.
Talent Charge

I don't know the legalities behind it but I know there was a "studio"/"production company" that was charging between 350-500 for "aspiring producers" to come in and use their equipment and "models" to shoot scenes. They are/were local. I know they switched up their operating methods and are now doing who knows what, but basically you'd pay like 350 bucks to shoot content with a bunch of other people, or pay 500 bucks to be a "producer/performer" and fuck the "models" on camera.
Guy must be really desperate to be the next big thing if he's willing to pay you to use him for content. I'd use him either way just because he's that determined. -
cool, thanks for the feedback. at one point i was paying the talent but the demand is so high right now that i had to turn a lot away so now they are offering money to be in a video. i looked at it the same way and like the enthusiasm.Comment

I was going to link to the site but I think it's down for the count.
Either way it will be a good time. Either the guy fails and it's funny, or he does well and you have someone you can call up for content.Comment

I get e-mails from guys volunteering to perform for free all the time.
My understanding is that the model release (agreement) is significantly more enforceable for the photographer if they pay the model even $1.
Also, I tend to ascribe to the maxim that you get what you pay for.

Good point.
If anyone wants more information, the legal term to Google is "exchange of consideration" and it's a required part of an enforceable contract.
The contract has to have you doing something for him, and him doing something for you. Letting him screw the girls for money of course sounds like prostitution and therefore an unlawful contract. He could pay you for promoting him as talent by putting him in your video. He's pays $200 for promoting him by way of "product placement" in the video. Seperately, you pay him $20 as an actor. For historical display only. This information is not current:

i have a few fast poppers now and it actually works out pretty good for the glory hole stuff. i even had a few guys that popped before they were hard. it doesn't seem to matter to members and they like the variety.Comment

I have seen a couple videos where dude blasts jollies way to early and I think they are incredibly entertaining and a nice change of pace -- no pun intendedComment

i agree. for my type of content i don't want a dude to last 20 minutes. i have a few of those and end up cutting most of it out. i try to keep it to around 2-3 minutes of the blowjob scene then the pop.Comment

i wonder how hollywood does it when they use extras off the street.

when girls gone wild was at the phoenix forum a few years ago they were filming in one of the bars and i asked one of the camera guys how they dealt with the "consent" issue and he said they ask the girls on camera if it's ok if they film them. there's no payment, just consent.
granted they just got flashing stuff but it's the same principle.Comment

Why not simply pay them $1 for their performance, but charge them $300 for the "Special One of a Kind Director's Cut" dvd instead? Wouldn't seem all that different from paying $15 for that Polaroid that's automatically taken of you screaming like a ninny on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at Disney World.Comment

not a bad idea. my "audition" fee would be a lot less than $300 though. i was thinking something like $20-$40 per person because i would still be using the content. Why not simply pay them $1 for their performance, but charge them $300 for the "Special One of a Kind Director's Cut" dvd instead? btw, i wasn't screaming like a ninny because of the ride...something flew into my eyeComment
