how do i post to a page in wordpress

and then click on Edit directly underneath the name of the page

thanks but that only let me create a page like a normal webpage i need to be able to post to the page

You need to create a page template file and assign it to the respective page where you want your posts to show.

There's a video covering permalinks I believe, lesson 2 or 3 from memory.
