    WTF is happening?

    On a load of sites the CSS file is not loading so I just get an unformated page....

    When I refresh a few times all is ok - it happens with Chrome, IE and FF.

    Its getting on my tits - any ideas?

                      Hmmmm, I don't know.

                      But if your connection is flaky then you could get the page but the browser cannot
                      connect to the CSS file yet. So when you reload the page, the page is cached
                      and no connection is made, but finally on the next reload the connection works
                      and you get the CSS file this time.

                      Or...............all those sites use jquery to do formatting and the jquery source
                      server is down. Lots of sites use the same URL to load jquery.
