Question about legal issues, age verification etc

I need some advice from you guys. I'm a newbie in the industry. I want to start creating websites with adult content. I created websites in the past but with a different topic (non-adult related). My first attempt is to create a website joining an affiliate program.
My question is: how do you guys deal with legal issues? I already searched on this forum but I can't seem to find any material posted on this topic (maybe I didn't look at the right places
).
1. Where can I find examples of legal notices/terms of use/age verification etc which I can use for my website?
2. Do you guys create these text yourself? Did you seek advice? Or you don't bother that much about it?
