Dude.. Pretty much every dating program out there (including most on this board) makes bank from spammers (including CL posters/email harvesters) even if they have it in their terms that you're not allowed to spam.. I would bet the majority of their top earners are spammers of one type or another. You get caught, you created a new account and they transfer your money over to the new account and you carry on.. Just have to read some other boards to see how much of this stuff actually goes on... Most spammers though send everyone to some intermediary site and then use the dating site APIs etc or a redirect that blanks out the referrer. The case you posted though is either an extremely stupid spammer or someone looking to get some other affiliate canned or get the site banned etc.
