I just prepared my speech ill be giving to the judge and it came out beautiful - its like a scene out of that lawyer movie with john travolta about the dirty water. You can hardly compare it with stealing a wallet....

I would however never work with a guy who stole a wallet from another person or a guy who stole something from a supermarket.

i guess its an age and culture thing
if you're with guys aged 19, having no money, and their main goal is to get drunk, then they can do some stupid shit like steal a bottle of some wine or whatever it was
nothing to be proud about, but neither is passing out in the public when you're drunk etc but most guys did it at their late teen's or early 20's probably
things like that happen when you're drunk and when you want to feel free etc, when you're young
especially when you're with people who have no money , like poor students etc.. for them saving 5 bucks on a drink is an achievement

So you did steal the booze and then blew the judge or something to get the charges dropped. So basically, you stole "content" and then when confronted with paying for the theft, you got a judge to remove your liability. So you still took the "content", used it, and never paid? true that. but I think the club were a bit stupid to call the police. next time just take the bottle of nico - t and send him on his bike back home. calling police is only going to be trouble for both parties.
but yes we have all been there. when i was with my friends last time clubbing we went into a bar late one night and there were all these left over drinks and they just went straight for them. half glasses of vodka and stuff. I wouldnt touch them, who knows they could have been spiked. I know 2 people who have gone to hospital coz they got they're drinks spiked.
But yeh, they saw it as an achievment and got totally fucked.
