    The Rumors are not true....

Been having a lot of people telling me they are hearing rumours that Westcoastwebmasters is not happening in Vancouver this year.

Its is - and all I can say is if you believe the rumours then you are going to miss one of the 250 spots to come party it up West Coast Stylee..... :D

Is there an adult webmaster conference every week now?

Vancouver is a beautiful city to have one in, but jeezus there seems to be one of these conferences every week in a different city.

If you miss this one, don't worry...just wait a few days until the next one.

If you miss the WestCoast Webmasters you will have to wait until next year, there is no show like it. Check out our site (www.westcoastwebmasters.com) see for yourself? it will get another update within the next few hours, my system just crashed so Vlad one of our kick ass IT guys fixed it. Rock on! Got to come!

I was thinkin' about going, looks like a good chance to meet some of the West Coast people that don't make it to some of the larger shows

Someone has got to come up with an adult webmaster convention that is good for those of us who are in the business, but really boring people--like me. I'd love to go and meet some of ya'll, but I'm a mother of a lil one, I don't drink, and strippers don't do a thing for me....stick in the mud no? What I'd like to see is a purely 'educational' convention...of course, I'm prolly the only one

How does this show compare in attendance and interrest to Internext, Cybernet etc. Just came back from Montreal and want to know if this show is worth the effort. I mean one can only drink so many mooseheads in 02.
                        eventually, earth will lose.
                        enjoy it while it lasts.

Actually, our show is limited to 250 people. This isn?t another internext, this show is put on to TEACH, and bring people together. There is no real booths? there is seminars, lectures? and all that stuff.. at night are parties.

I have to say that the party (last year) was top notch with an comprehensive seminar on search engine techniques, which I am still using

The show last year was attended by many of the biggest people in the biz and the parties were outstanding! The night on Mt. Whistler was awesome!
Looking forward to the show this year
I advise people not to miss it. It is very different than Internext or CyberNet Expo.
