I visited your ICQ page and checked out your site and you seem to be a business type... so I will explain...

bcdjudo7 owes me $ 150.00 USD plus interest for hours doing SEO work for her. On the very same day of receiving her money order she cancels on me... Ok... I can handle that... I had agreed to start work when I received funds, however she went on to say she liked very much what I was doing and promised me tuns more work ahead... so before I received her payment I had started in good faith...

I wrote 14 or 15 highly technical emails to her that took me about 30mins-1 1/2hr each... I had spent more time feeding her valuable technical information then on the SEO... because she kept asking for information on what I was doing...

In the process I had explained that her site(s) where mainly graphics and that the search engines require some text on the page... When I looked at her site I found the code was a mess.. so I explained that I would have to change a few things around... and she was fine with the idea... I expressed these changes will not cost her, but I just wanted her to look at such first and if she liked the changes then we would use such... Not too long after she stated she hated my work and that she wanted her money back... and to keep $ 50.00 USD out of the $ 175.00 USD which was the agreed half of the funds for doing the job for her...

Having 1/2 of the payment in my hands being $ 175.00 USD she tell me to take $ 50.00 and send back $ 125.00 USD to her and to call it even...

Now at this point in time I had spent many hours writing emails to her being very technical plus I had finished her keyword research which was quoted as taking me 3 hours... My agreed rate was $50.00 USD per hour and the total hours agreed on was 7 hours such coming out to $ 350.00 USD...

Right after receiving her US money order I walked over to two financial institutions and explained that I needed to send back some of the money and both institutions did not like the sound of the arrangement and told me they were having issues with US scams... so they asked for her contact information as to cash her US money order... Also because there was the issue in the amount owing to me being $ 150.00 out of the $ 175.00 both financial institutions said to send back the US money order and to have her re issue payment in the exact amount ... or they could try to put the payment through if I had her contact information... however they said it sounded of a scam... and If so I would have to pay out of my pocket...

I did everything possible to get her contact information such being a real street address and phone number... I even checked her 2257 statement and even that was pointing to a PO box !!! now that is clearly illegal !!! I then did a whois check and even that was pointed to someone else...

I had created a thread on GFY explaining that she was trying to scam me and she lies through her teeth ... she had tuns of time to send me her phone number or even a street address... but it was apparent she had no intention ever to supply me with such contact info...

I wrote down the information for one of the financial institution, just for such to be on their records, however both myself and the financial institutions could not get in contact with this lady as to claim payment... It is a common requirement for all financial institutions to have at least a contact phone number as to varify due to fraud issues...

I could not cash her US money order and I was forced to send it back to the financial institution head office in TX... I wrote void on such and indicated to them of my circumstances via a long distance phone call... and mailed the US money order to their fraud prevention department...

This person as to date has not made good on covering my hours of work totaling only $ 150.00 USD and I am thinking about putting it to collections.

That was an interesting read, they appear to have changed the 2257 info which now has a mans name. A quick search in google shows the address to be the same as gurugranite.com. Which according to the whois is someone else.
