They are loading very slow or not loading at all. It's been like that for more than a week - since we started using them. Is it just us or are they slow for everyone else? Our location: EU

Well it could be the route we are getting so I need more input from other users. In statsremote they are always the last to load and we load 500 accounts in there. If they are solid for majority I don't care how fast they are for us. As long as the customers are getting a good service that's all I need. Anyone else care to share their experience?Comment

Sorry, but this is taking too long. If this was some routing problem on host directly it would have been fixed by now. This cannot last this long.
Who else can barely load either NATS or their tours? It takes me like 10 minutes to load ONE page and it's been like that for more than 3 weeks!Comment

the bottleneck 3 weeks ago was right at the end of the chain. at isprime. that's the thing. if it was in the middle somewhere I wouldn't bother bringing it up.
it's just not my isp. I tried it from 2 different ISPs and if a guy in netherland has the same problem then I can safely say it's a problem at isprime. right now every single point in traceroute is timing out.
if you ask me there must be something wrong in DNS setting at isprime.Comment
