My post was about phone support which I thought they didn't have but anyway... I've been using them this whole year, they are usually fast answering tickets but not always. Sometimes it took over an hour or so to get a reply. I'm happy with them though, they've helped me out quite a bit. The prices they have are the best around too.
In the two+ years I was using natnet I never had a problem getting a hold of them. Their replies were
always under 10 minutes and usually 5 minutes or less. I know I had over 150 tickets too, not one took over 10 minutes for a reply. The techs that reply are the highest level too, you don't have to go through a multi-tiered support system. But you will pay for that kind of support...
