most o f them should setup a chat room and just have a bot in there posting away whenever someone asks a support question
it would be no difrent than a program rep posting on gfy as half of the time the reps are usless anyway

Dont they all pretty much claim they have 24/7 support...I think the better question is who gives GOOD support....you can have 24/7 shitty support where they give you one line answers and when a complicated question is asked (like do you guys allow linking straight to join pages) they have to talk to their head rep and then get back to me...which they never do.Comment
