I've been to maybe 9 or 10 Southern Decadences. Where is the sex in the street? I've never seen any. Kidding...Anyone that goes there knows what is in store for them. If they don't like it-they shouldn't attend.
Bourbon Street is most definitely an adult destination, and as such, adults should be afforded the right to congregate and carouse as they see fit as long as they are respectful of each other.
