Here we go with the double standards yet once again.
If a TGP decides they want you to submit a gallery with 100 pics and only 1 banner you'd all be chanting the gfy tgp mantra..."It's their business and their right to set their sop or tos."
Which is true.
So Charly gets to set his. He gets to choose who he does business with and who he doesn't.
And if someone puts in info that's a bit suspect and Charly doesn't have any way to confirm that then he has a right to suspend that account just like any paysite owner would do with a suspected fraudulent CC signup.
We buy all the time from Charly, 30 sets min. a month the content is top notch, the service is great.
I even had the pleasure to meet him at the last Internext. The guy's got a sharp wit, and used it on me but it was all in fun, had a great time talking with him.
If you choose to not purchase his content your loss, but then that's fine by me it just makes what I purchase worth more.
