    Program owners who use NATS - does your mailings always get sent twice too?

    Five years we've been running NATS alongside our CCBill Program.

    One thing that really annoys me still, despite upgrades and patches to our NATS is the fact affiliate mailing always get sent twice, despite you asking it to send only once.

    Is it just us, or this this a common problem for other programs using NATS?

    I will send them another ticket to TMM anyway, but would love to know if its only us with this annoying problem.

      Maybe a handfull of all NATS programs we promote are having this issue (some up to 4 or 5 mails). So probably a wrong setting.

          As an affiliate I sometimes see this but usually it could be attributed to having multiple accounts although I have seen it occasionally to the same account holder.

          Definitely not the norm though.

              We had that problem once and it got fixed years ago. I don't recall what was done to fix though.
