One chick came in for an interview once. She seemed a little screwed up. When she took her coat off for a quick shoot I saw that she was a cutter, and was cut all the way up her arm. I told her I couldn't use her because of her scars, and she blasted me for being prejiduce against her "lifestyle choice".
