Most sites that have this content shoot it exclussivly themselves..

Thats the largest part of thier success..

I would reccomend shooting it yourself, or getting up with a content provider to do it exclussive for you..

I can pretty much tell you from experience that its not gonna be what you want if you are not phsyically on the set telling the people behind the scenes and the actors what you want..... If not you are gonna end up with a brunob scenario

i've talked to several content producers on this board and $400-500 for an exclusive movie with a pic set is the average price. $500 is the highest anyone quoted me, the average was closer to the $400 range.

i think charly is confused by what the rights to stuff like this entails. 'exclusive rights' means exclusive rights to use online, not in print/dvd etc and definitely not the right to resell it. the content provider will still own the content, they just wont sell it to anyone else.

it would be sweet if a content provider had a studio with realtime webcams and stuff for the shoots so you could remotely 'direct' them and make sure everything was done exactly how you wanted while it was being shot.

I always see that. Lifetime exclusive for the web only. So, do most of these content brokers then resell the content for videos? Are they planning to sell to a cable channel in the future? What do most of them do with the web exclusive video content?

I can understand photos, where you resell them to print mags, advertising, whatever, but where does most of the shot-for-website-exclusive video stuff end up other than the web?

Different providers different rules.
most of our content can be resold by the person buying exclusive.
and the magazine rights are handed over 1 year after the purchase.

So there really are no golden rule, it all depends on you aggreement with your provider.
You even have your own exclusive contract on the above.

I know "some" of your guys think this is alot...but 500$ is nothing compared to what you recieve, i know some of you out there probably have poor experiences, but i would almost bet thats because you bought an exclusive set at 200 bucks!

$500 is not a lot for QUALITY Semi Exclusive video of hot teens.
When I say quality video content I am talking about the dialog between the girl and the producer. Using proper camera equipment and lighting is very important but the most important issue is the dialog.

Maybe what the Pipe Crew meant by a Bruno B scenario was that he cannot speak perfect English, there for it weakens the scene.
