Actually Darvocet does just the opposite. If you've been taking any antibotics that would do it. If you each yogurt at all.. go buy some Yoplait or one of the ones with active yeat cultures (helps if it's stomach-related). While you're at it grabs some Imodium AD.

pr0, i don´t know you (well, you called me a "cunt" on a early thread) but if you smoke too much, drink too much, you´re sensitive to certain medications you´re using heavily, eat lots of fat and have a general unhealthy lifestyle, you might wanna check with your doctor!

i had the same problem and i thought it was just "crapping a lot", and turned out into duodenitis and esophagitis . Maybe you don´t have that, but if it happens again some other day or repeteadly, get checked.

Something similar happened to me a few years ago.

On Wednesday I had the runs. Nothing major.
On Thursday I still had the runs, and it was starting to hurt. I figured the pain was just from my stomach muscles getting too much use, so I took some painkillers and did nothing else.
On Friday I was still in pain plus I had started shitting blood. Just a tiny amount, but I went to see the doctor just incase. Doctor examined me, couldn't find anything so assumed it was from over use of toilet paper - basically I'd wiped myself raw! The doctor gave me some gunk to take to restore lost salts and electrolytes.
On Saturday the pain was unbearable, and I was still shitting blood, plus I was now throwing up. Went to the doctor again - by the time I got there the pain had subsided, as had the diarrhoea. Doctor examined me again (couldn't find anything) so gave me some strong painkillers and asked if I wanted to spend the night in hospital for observation, just as a precaution. Like an idiot I said "no thanks, I'm sure I'll be fine now".

At about 5:00am Sunday morning I was rushed into hospital. The painkillers had worn off about an hour previously, and the pain was so bad that I kept passing out. The diarrhoea had returned, only this time I was shitting ONLY blood!

Turns out I had E.Coli poisoning. I spent the next two days in hospital, doped to the eyeballs (pethedine is great!). By the time I left hospital my arms and legs looked like pincushions from all the needles that had been used to take blood, give painkillers etc...

Have you tried Imodium AD? I swear to God, it's the single most effective over-the-counter medication I've ever encountered. Take a double dose: You'll be shitting rocks in not time.

Drink lots of water to make up for the loss, one of the painful sides of that is parched and dehydrated if it gets really bad.
