Is living in the Chicago area a must? I have a friend in Kenosha that is qualified and may be interested. I'll pass the info along.

Yeah, living here is a must. We've dealt with consultants outside the office in the past, and it just has never panned out well for us.

I was in Chicago last January, nice weather, NOT, freaking cold there
Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
              think about that

Well, commuting wouldn't be an issue. It is only 60 miles. In fact, he does it now. I could only see it being an issue in an emergency which is why I thought I would ask.

Haha, well when you're here we should go grab some drinks. On Saturday nights there is a bar a few blocks from my place that serves breakfast while playing porn on the TV's. "Smut and Eggs" is what it's called.

Commuting is fine, living in the city would probably be better for him. We pay enough to where that's not that big of a problem though, I do pretty well. If you can recommend him, have him give me an email at the email posted above.

Sosa, hit me up on ICQ sometime.

Uhmmmm... Isn't that a bit low for a programmer?
                      I'm just a newbie.

I live off of it, but we get lots of bonus' from a lot of different aspects. It's more of a base salary, with extras thrown in very frequently. Either way, it's what my boss has allotted for now.
