    Is this site stealing content?

    There are absolutely no ads for a site selling Eva Angelina and the watermarks are removed from the pics. Doesn't that mean this guy is as bad as a tube site or torrent site ripping your content without consent to do so?

    Does anyone send DMCA notices to sites like these?

              So you are OK with people stealing content from "the man", but you are not OK with one man who might be stealing from your surfers?

              Oh that's right... You guys are all OK with stuff that happens so long as it isn't happening to you... but wait... MR isn't stealing from you.. they are paying you on time, every time and with a smaller payout window...

                  In my eyes unless they have permission to be using that content or somehow purchased a license for it it is illegal. If the sponsor for her site is giving content to webmasters to use it is done with the understanding that they promote her site. Clearly that isn't happening here and, as you say, it looks like he cropped off the watermarks.

                  so baring odd circumstances this is an illegal site.

                          Probably just taking it from the net... this stuff happens so much that people don't even bother to report it... Pictures from my site are surfing all over the net with the watermark and logo removed... it's almost impossible to track it
