I agree that owners are mostly to be blamed and not the dogs themselves. That said, when it comes to Pit-bulls it is proven time and time over that they are completely unpredictable and unfortunately can snap at any time, and the results are terrible with this particular breed. Like the Rottweiler and a few other breeds.
