My next door neighbor has a pitbull. He's not a gangster type; He's very Cuban. However, they keep their dog in the side yard - all day and all night. They basically feed it. This is not the way to treat a dog. I take my dog running every day; My dog spends all day with me and lets us know when she needs to go out to poop (and then lets herself back in).
The pitbull is kept in the side yard next to the pool filter. Pool guy came in one morning to do his job, dog fucking attacked him.
My neighbor has two kids. It's only a matter of time before that dog snaps.
