                      I have long been curious about garlic ice cream. If I was offered it I would try it. I think a lot of it is that we only really associate ice cream with being a sweet food. Perhaps this is just a totally new flavour we can't relate to and therefore mentally rule out.

                      I have had green tea ice cream (which is on the list) and liked it. I would probably have to really think about trying some of the fish ones but I might if in the right mood. Wasn't it Oscar the Grouch that ate sardine ice cream?

                                          It is very true that we always think of ice cream as something sweet, it is hard to associate it with a salty concept. I would personally try it just for the sake of it.
