No that's not truth. The pimproll DOES NOT change the payment info to Paxum without an ID scan:

Do you really think that webmasters are that idiots to send you their scanned ID's? For example, in my country you can use someones scanned ID to get a bank credit. Who are you to ask me for the ID? What's your real name, your postal address etc? Are you conform to my country's laws about the personal info protection (you must be officially licensed to keep my personal info)?

DO CONVERT as opposed to pimproll sites. E.g. kinkydollars, royal-cash, dieselaction, aebn and others monsters of the adult biz.
